WHY ARE  THEY DEHYDRATED?

Dehydrating our macaroons instead of baking allows us to preserve the amazing nutrients and beneficial enzymes found in our ingredients. Also by dehydrating we prevent any form of carcinogenic chemical reaction that normally takes place when foods are heated and cooked in very hot temperatures.

ISN’T FAT BAD FOR YOU?

Not all fat is created equal. Even though coconut and almonds contain a large about of fat, these fatty acids are actually proven to aid in weight loss, decreasing heart disease, increasing metabolism, and improving all around health!

HOW SHOULD I STORE NATURALLY J MACAROONS?

In a dark and dry place, like the pantry and fridge. For long term storage, more than a month, store in the freezer. When you’re ready to eat them take them out of the freezer and let them sit on the counter for 10 minutes before snacking.

HOW LONG DO THEY LAST?

In a dark dry place, all macaroons can last up to 8 weeks – in the freezer, they can last up to a year.
