Dehydrating our macaroons instead of baking allows us to preserve the amazing nutrients and beneficial enzymes found in our ingredients. Also by dehydrating we prevent any form of carcinogenic chemical reaction that normally takes place when foods are heated and cooked in very hot temperatures.

How should I store my macaroons?
In a cool dark dry place, like the pantry or fridge. For long term storage, more than a month, store in the freezer. When you’re ready to eat them take them out of the freezer and let them sit on the counter for 10 minutes before snacking.
